Chocolate Dreams is Monday, February 1, 2016 at The Pointe from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The Pointe is located in Butchertown (1205 E. Washington St, Louisville, KY 40206).
GuardiaCare’s signature event is eagerly anticipated by guests and participants throughout Metro Louisville. 25 culinary professionals enter their chocolate creations for a juried competition and offer samples of those delights to our guests. Chocolate Dreams also features light hors d’oeuvres, bourbon tasting, unique live and silent auction items, and the presenting of Today’s Transitions Caregiver of the Year award.

Due to the popularity and growth of our event, space is limited to the first 25 companies who confirm participation. Call for Volunteers: We request your time and talent to help make this a successful event. Volunteers are needed in all areas the night of the event, including participant set up and tear down, judging, and guest services. If you can volunteer on February 1, we’re happy to have you! SILENT & LIVE AUCTION ITEMS. To donate an item or service to either the silent or live auction, please call or email us. Your in-kind donation and support is greatly appreciated.
BID ON SILENT AUCTION ITEMS. Our silent auction is managed through Wedo– an online auction system. The Chocolate Dreams bidding site is designed to enhance your bidding experience. The online system allows you to (a) identify items of interest, (b) have 24-hour access to the auction, (c) review your bid and position at any time. You can access the site and bid on silent auction items using your cell phone, tablet, or computer. On the night of the event, please be sure to bring your cell phone. We’ll also have tablets and laptops available for bidding. The auction will open this fall. Note, our live auction packages will be listed as well.
